Baileys reminds me of Christmas. Indeed, last Christmas Eve when I returned from festive drinks with old school friends well into the early hours of Christmas Day, my mum and I polished off nearly a bottle between us.
Baileys has launched a new Hazelnut flavour in time for Christmas. I can’t think of any other way to describe it aside from tasting like the usual rich, creamy goodness that is Baileys, but with a hint of nuttiness (great description there). As is usual with Baileys, it tastes much better served with ice.
Interesting fact: Baileys does a Mint Chocolate flavour which I bet is bloody delicious. Interesting fact 2: Baileys doesn’t contain any preservatives as the alcohol in it preserves the cream. Interesting fact 3: 40,000 cows produce over 1 million litres of milk for Baileys every year.
